yes a vct analyst (forgot his name) said it yesterday during a stream and it's also just rumours and conclusions. People outside of rrq circle dont know why he cant but it could be things like contract issues or visa issues ect... this all happened yesterday and spreadsheet was last updated 5 days ago.
