NA T2 next year ?

What's gonna happen now, G2 and Tgrd are out, SR and Mxm got merged, whats is going to happen to these 3 slots I don't think someone is gonna be dumb enough to buy it since if u got a good team they can just make it through open qualifiers why would u waste more money. and if this keeps on happening what's the point of relegation before playoffs?
will there be a chance for 5 teams to make it through Open qualifiers?

Hopefully they just do open qualifiers for the teams that didn’t make the playoffs and the teams that left forfeit the spots.
