Well, I don't agree with the way you see things at all, but I really didn't think I'd be commenting seven times on VLR tonight... and I probably should've stopped at one.

All in all, this is Riot's decision. Leo does their bidding and takes the blame for it, just like right now. He probably gets paid pretty handsomely to do it too. :)
