Riot is pushing premier as an in game path to pro but in reality, if you find the 5 best players in the world and they rise through the system and win ascension but no organization picks them up, then all their talent, effort, and competitiveness is worth jack shit.
Riot made it clear that their league is not about teams but rather about corporations. And that they care about money more than they care about competition.

If there was an Org interested in Valorant they would've already picked TTR, but that obviously didn't happen. Social Media influencers had to come to the rescue for some of the teams...

TTR was so trash that finished 7th / 12th overall in the 2nd split, in front of 5 different teams with orgs.
