He has a hard time taking any banter/criticism against him. He staked out a hard position on Potter as a coach, and then he ended up being wrong. There's no shame in being wrong, but you need to admit you were wrong and move on. Everytime he talks about it he flaunts his ego, which rubs most people the wrong way.
