Termi is better.
Termi doesn't spew toxic comments at players like Autumn does, and they rarely lose to lower-ranked teams.
Stage 1 would have gone smoothly if it weren't for Flashback's escape and BeYN's illness.
Autumn lacks basic tactical skills, so they often lose even to lower-ranked teams.

Some people are blaming Termi for DRX's defeat without knowing the circumstances, but Termi uses a logical Comp and has a very good eye for acquiring players.
Termi's tendency to favor players with high Rank KD is excellent, and I hope he continues this approach.
Karon, Flashback, iZu, HYUNMIN, and Free1ng all have very high Rank KD.
But, it's a bit disappointing that Termi seems to underestimate the importance of the IGL role.

KR IGLs are Munchkin, Stax, and Francis, who is expected to be the next IGL.
I think Joxjo would be a good IGL, but he definitely lacks the aim required for Tier 1 throughout the series.

In other words, it will be very difficult for DRX to acquire an IGL.
