2023-(if they win) Paper rex, PACIFIC
now Imagine if next year a chinese team wins champions XD, that would be crazy

You're confused on how things work in CS. Valve doesn't invest in any specific region. They only host majors, which are generally speaking across the world. Teams/Orgs chose to concentrate in Europe, for better practice and easy access to third party hosted tournaments.
