yes, but many things changed. for example, eg is loved by most brazilians now, but at the time no one knew them. a new scenario were born since lock in.
now, i would cheer for any americas team cause i had the opportunity to know them better, during vct. and cheering for my region means more americas teams in international events.
and still, you dont know brazilians reality...

worst possible argument. in PRACTICE it wasn't, you'd know that if you tried to use your brain just a bit. it was literally the first tournament in the year, we had never had any franchise system like that, there was NO tie between BR fans and NA teams (there is now, EG mainly). of course we'd see anyone that wasn't brazilian as a rival. now if i read this same DUMB argument again i swear to god i'm gonna snap
