I guess it is koldamenta effect. Cned was already a skilled player, but with kolda he increased his potential. The same thing happened with G2. They have risen from ashes. I really appreciate kolda's igl and support/productivity that he puts for the team.

Though Shao is a sova player, i kinda want to see him on jett again. He used that against G2 and FNC (iirc) and it definitely slaps.
