NRG + Leaf > NRG + Yay

While I love OpTic, the current meta does not do ardiis and yay any favors, especially yay.

Leaf as a duelist matches perfectly with NRG:

-Incredibly flexible on Killjoy, Skye, Jett, Raze, and Neon; fixes almost every potential role issue NRG currently has having to accommodate to Ardiis.

-Most intelligent duelist in NA, his pathing, entries and overall gamesense are world-class

-His aim rivals the other superstars like Aspas, Demon1, and Cryo.

-incredibly vocal and active in preparation for upcoming games. Incredibly hard working.

Everyone talks about aspas or yay to NRG, but imo the best possible upgrade is Leaf if they ever manage to get him.

Thinking about it more you could compare leaf and victor.
Both have familiarity playing entry roles. Both can play kj well.

Though Victor's raze is better imo.

I'm not sure i could ever see this move materialising due to victors good history with fns/crashies.
It also might be just a sideways step depending on the meta.

Even on C9, Leaf plays other roles and leaves the raze to Xeppaaa, I'm expecting a similar dynamic between him and Victor.

Plus, having someone that can fill every role except for smokes and sentinel smokes (which FNS and s0m already have locked down?) is always a plus for the team.

Plus NRG already plays double duelist on split with ardiis

I'm not sure if Sentinels have higher salaries but I know for a fact that they have a lot more money to throw around from Rob Moore's personal funds

its less about performance and more about overall value, his clout is worth a lot and brings fans to the team. it would be dumb to not negotiate that value.

bro ardiis solves so many of navi's issues

cned is not it, hes just a 1 trick jett and cant play anything else - except for the occasional good game on neon

suygetsu doesnt play kj, even though there are a lot of maps where kj > cypher

a big problem is bind, where cned cant play raze, sage or anything else, so they have to use some weird ass neon comp

if they got ardiis, he could play sage and they would be bing chilling
