Yes, it was gaslighting because both were equally toxic and racist, yet only one person was actually punished, which was Tenten.
Tenten mistook Fl1pz as Indian then Indonesian, but Fl1pz also made insults about Japanese culture when Tenten is Korean. Fl1pz kept saying that he was shitting on Tenten, and Tenten reaponded that he wipes his shit with his hands. How could you, in any universe, fault only 1 person of racism here?
