M8 is a massive org that put almost 300k viewers into ascension finals. They're not a mix lol
M8 will not be sold.
They are owned by huge content creators.
The only reason you might now know them is because they are a new org.

Not 100% to what point it's a rule, I would think it is, Riot has to prove you before joining the league and I don't think they would approve a move like that. Other than that tho, no reason to sell the team on that spot
