It's 18 - 16 for NA all time. If you remove the highest winning team from each (8 from Fnatic, 7 From NV core) you get 11-8 for NA.

Just like most stats in Val, EMEA is boosted by Fnatic. That 5-8? All 5 wins are Fnatic. Fnatic carries EMEA.
