your ethnicity doesnt change when you change citizenship also yes you can russia allows double citizenship just because there's no double citizenship agreement between rhssia and another country doesnt mean it doesnt. its actually notoriously hard to relinquish russian citizenship but russian immigrants only have to do that when they become citizens of countries not allowing double citizenship like latvia

You do realize that this line of thinking is basically saying that people of Russian descent are superior from birth in some way to others (which is supremacy). Russians being really good could also be a product of fps games (mainly tac shooters) being extremely popular in the CIS region.
