They are making everything more expensive so you have to think about buying abilities. Trying to make it more gun play game

jett and sova are literally the best agents in pro play even though viper and astra can feel more oppressive. Its a good nerf to make abilities higher for all agents and a nice buff to cypher since she cannot dash through trips anymore

Thanks man, I actually really like this change. The amount of space Jett was able to take just by dashing was absurd. This greatly helps counter that

The cloud burst was fully deserved. It was overpowered for clearing site and blocking sova's recon. The updraft wasn't necessary but I can understand why.
