S tier- viper , skye ( pretty much a duelist now with the buff to her flashes , and brings so much team util)
A+ tier -Jett , kay/o , sova
A tier : phoenix and reyna (equally strong ) , omen and astra ( both r equally powerful now imo)
B+ tier - cypher , killjoy , breach
B tier - Brimstone , sage , raze
C tier - yoru ( he has potential on breeze but yet to see )

-phoenix is really good now and will be picked a lot more cause raze got nerfed hard ( raze might still be meta on split )

• Op buffs is just jett buffs imo so they kinda make up for the nerfs so i still have her high on the list

people who say jett will die because of these nerfs are actually dumb lol . The main reason why jett is meta is because of her dash and the impact her ult brings into eco rounds , which was nerfed just a little .....her smokes arent her bread and butter .....and still jett is the only agent who can abuse the operator , especially with its new buffs ......imo this is overall a jett buff rather than a nerf
