Jett nerf idea

Feel like people don’t complain about how broken jett is on defense side still with the ability to still just awp at off angles and dash away (it’s better than before with the insta dash but still jett is most picked duelist by far)

this ability to get away quick is what made chamber and jett so deadly and I think shouldn’t be in the game at all

What if we change jett dash back to insta dash but instead it can only dash forward, this way if they want to make quick escape they have to like flick really quick and then dash (gonna be much slower)

This way jett will be more like all the other duelists who are only really good at taking space on attack and I think will make it lot more fair to play against and other duelists might have higher pick rates

I'll try to explain briefly why I think he is the best player in the world
Despite his insane aim and movement
The best way to know if a player is a good duelist is RAZE. There is a BIG difference between a good duelist and a jett abuser
If he is a good duelist, he needs to be good with raze.

aspas? not good with raze
xand? not good with raze
tenz? not good with raze
cned? not good with raze
scream? not good with raze
d3ffo? not good with raze
derke? not good with raze

Thats why I think he is undoubtely the best player in the world. If RIOT by any means decides to nerf jett and shift the meta we prolly not gonna even hear names like cned and tenz again :>

moreover, u don't need raze if you can win tournaments with jett only. jett abuser? everyone have the same conditions, no one forbids you to be the best jett and win tournaments. it's jett meta - and thats it.

only way to nerf her instant getaway would be to make it be a charge based system where she holds e while pressing a direction to build up her dash length. her insta dash moves her like 1m away and then her full charged dash is the same length if not further than before so shes still a really solid entry tool
