rapper no.

Arguably there are far more successful and impactful artists of decades prior, queen, the Beatles, Rolling Stones etc
And music is subjective, so to one person an artist might have the best music ever and to another, it’s utter trash

Also I mean Kanye West is a terrible human and shouldn’t have a platform

It is a hot take, but that's only because there are people that aren't into his music.
