chet - consistency over 1 whole year in both regional and international play, the best coach of 2022
mce - proven himself twice through pulling t3 valorant unknown players from the depths and making them superstars
enghh - he coached a team that couldve been the first to win back-to-back titles internationally and i strongly believe all of gambit wouldve been present for 2022 if not for the conflict, he is showing himself in t2 as well in terms of TSM.
i dont think mini would be good cuz he didnt really do anything for the past 2 years, his peak before lockin was 2nd at masters against a coachless sentinels. also he brought in already superstars and doesnt really count as a good scout either, he had a whole superteam that was supposed to win it all, and they did, so im happy for them but it feels like he could only do that with a superteam.
