Vandal has 25% of chance to miss the first shot. It literally means you’ll lose 1 in 4 gunfights. Also, we do not spray in 1v1 situations. DUAR BALA is a way of life.
But the trick is phantom allow us to have a much more reliable precision and mobility to get away from enemies bullets.
