"Furthermore, Sinatraa's initial commitment to provide audio and video clips of the referenced incident was never fulfilled"

"the investigation did not come to a definitive conclusion on the underlying allegations"

Hey! Thanks for sharing. I’m not a native English speaker.

What does “I am fully cooperating with the investigations and providing the full audio and video clips Cleo referenced in her post.” mean?

Your litteral point is he's "done" sinatra could easily come back rn and stream every day and avg 5k viewers. him being "Done" would be him being proven guilty and being locked up or banned off twitch.

"the investigation did not come to a definitive conclusion on the underlying allegations"

because Sinatraa did not provide evidence (or provided false statement).
You can't come to a definitive conclusion when Jay don't talk (or lie) during investigation.

scumbag move by him, but probably what his lawyer taught him and is the right move (for him)

Or maybe he doesn't actually have the video cuz normal people delete inappropriate videos of their past partners...

He is not done, he still can back to streaming and get bunch of viewership from fanboys, maybe even more wealthy and more relax than being pro player.

Then why did he say that he would give Riot the full audio clip?

Cuz maybe he thought Cleo would share the full video... since she has said she didn't want to put the full sound clip

I used to watch him because of his gameplay, but his character always seemed off. I thought I missed him but after Riot's statement, I will try not to watch him. We are being so forgetful, these allegations are very serious and his behavior is so immature and unpleasant. I think people should avoid his stream and never let him be that popular ever again.

look I think we can have different opinions on how we feel about his behavior and I think that's fine, but remember these are allegations and now that it's in law enforcement's hands we should wait for their decision after the investigation is over. (just my opinion you don't have to agree)

It reminds me of when I was a kid when I tried to twist the truth to reduce damage. I remember when some classmates were bullying me and I just started saying a bunch of nonsense to keep them away, I think he didn't have the full audio and video clip from the start, he just rushed it and said he had them to reduce damage...

sad but I almost guarentee that he will gain some new audience of 'edgy' kids (which is pretty much a lot of ppl who play games nowadays) after this incident, and my guess he will be even more popular than before

Hes not done? Riot is still allowing him to play in 4 months meaning that they didn't conclude anything about the allegations yet so most likely during that time sinatraa will be streaming and doing his thing

You should absolutely not wait on “law enforcement’s” decision on the matter. God fucking knows that American law enforcement is in NO position to tell you the proper way to feel. Also, the justice system makes rulings from an emotionless, legalistic standpoint. Nobody (except Sinatraa and Cleo) can tell you what happened. I would recommend that you go ahead and form your opinion (like racism, being “unbiased” always favors the oppressor). Then, keep your opinion respectful and largely to yourself, because it is just an opinion after all.

sinatraa is a terrible person for what he did but i don’t think it’s bad to still enjoy his content. he isn’t a terrible streamer and he’s very enjoyable to watch so i’ll just try not to let this get in the way bc it has nothing to do with his gaming

i always disliked sinatraa from overwatch because he was pretty toxic but he recently turned a new leaf after winning with SF Shock. sad to see him go on this route

would you watch a streamer who was the primary suspect for murdering his gf? or a streamer whose gf was bruised and accused him of beating her? or would you try to ignore those things, too?

notice i didn’t say “found guilty of murdering” or “proven to be a domestic abuser.” before somebody complains “these aren’t the same,” I tried to keep the situations as equal as possible
