Is CS 2 really good and better or it's just like overwatch 2?

i dont think the comparison is really there cuz overwatch was dead before overwatch 2 was released
overwatch needs constant big updates. csgo not so much. overwatch 2 resulted in ow1 not getting updates for 2 years which killed the game.
