How are VLR rankings determined?

you should see @vfr_valorant on twitter. their rankings just start after lock in but their system is pretty good

it works fine normally, but the franchise team don't play the non franchised teams in tournaments rn so it can't really tell whats going on + lack of matches recently. i assume it'll look a lot better when the leagues start up

Winning = you get points
Losing = you lose points
AFAIK international matchups don’t add or subtract points, so the last top team to do super well in an NA only tournament (100T in LCQ) is at the top.
Once Americas league starts thing rating will obviously change. VLR rating system is not built for Franchising, it works much better with old system
