It has even more teams than Champions, does it count as one?
Or is in the same level as Masters, or maybe something completely different?
But can we say that the Lock:In winner is the world Champion?
yxpala [#8]good teams win and worse teams lose, so yes it's just as any other international tournament
But any other interenational tournament is not a Champions. There is only 2 world champions, Acend and Loud
JCopper [#5]The format takes away so much of the competitive integrity when compared to champions
The format is similar to champion 2021, isn't it?
hanafuji [#11]it's simple, if my region wins it it counts, if my region didn't win it then it doesn't count

juno_VLR [#16]this is an s-tier lan that’s all that matters. winner will be legit since they have to go single elim for 5 rounds to win. valorant will have more tourneys per year HOPEFULLY so the old masters vs champions will be outdated.
that ain't happening, riot is not giving up the worlds formula
Mortadelo [#12]But any other interenational tournament is not a Champions. There is only 2 world champions, Acend and Loud
it's just a different name to me, teams are always trying to win, at masters as at champions
yxpala [#19]it's just a different name to me, teams are always trying to win, at masters as at champions
MSI is not Worlds right?
IEMs are not Majors right?
Mortadelo [#21]MSI is not Worlds right?

read again please, to me it's just a different name for almost the same thing
hanafuji [#11]it's simple, if my region wins it it counts, if my region didn't win it then it doesn't count

Brain_Needle482 [#14]The format is similar to champion 2021, isn't it?
Its similar but champions 2021 still had the group stage so the really good teams were less likely to get upset.
Also acend was a mickey mouse team and gambit deserved to win
