i have it but imo there are much better options (protocol , oni, reaver, etc), if you are asking and not buying it right away then it isn't that good and you should just wait until you get your favorite skin

It was the first phantom skin I bought and still switch to it sometimes even now (mostly use recon or champions). It's one of those skins that will always feel good to use, similar to prime vandal, so if you like it initially it shouldn't fall off for you.
