The goal is to the best or at least it should be, you need to work as hard as you can to achieve that specially when you have players who are this trash and washed. Also you need to practice/play small tournament as much as you can to understand if your pickups were good ahead of the season (sao paulo will be a good event to understand if you need roster changes aswell), when you have bad players with a lot to improve like heretics, they need to practice even harder than the others otherwise they wont do shit, they simply cant afford to play as much as liquid, navi or even fnatic because it wont be enough and even if they practice even more it will probably wont be enough because the players are just trash which just proves my point that boo, mixwell and avova are trash signings
