FOXY9 is confirmed because GE owner(rushindar shina) gave a hint about player 2 related to FOX , so people thought it FOXZ from Xerxia but seulgi cleared out that no one from Xerxia is linked to GE , so after that FOXY9 tweeted eyes and aeroplane and coincidentally Rushindar Shina is following FOXY9 also liked that tweet too but one, thing , is FOXY9 is that good to play for a Franchise team?
