personally I agree with him that cryo is young and moldable, and with proper investment over time he have potential to rival ray .
and that doesnt change the fact yay is the best player in the game but cryo is better fit for 100t imo

according to yay's requirements he wanted a team run by gm and good coaches and team is dedicated towards winning I think that really fits what 100t is right now

Yes this can also be a case , i mean i think cryo and yay has same skill level but yay has a little advantage over cryo with discipline aim and better game sense
