Recently, many NA Valorant fans are saying that BR is a one team region, however NA it's as well, envy/optic is the only with achievements since sentinels win in the first international LAN
RickyIndian [#4]BR has had one team that is good and that can contend at international events
NA has had 7 or 8
Don’t pull teams out of your ass

?
OpTic (won), SEN (won), XSET (good champs performance), 100T (top 4), C9 (good showing in 2021 champs), V1 (good showing in Iceland 2021), Guard (didn't play well at Iceland 2022, but have shown glimpses of brilliance regionally). faze, NRG, and EG could all do some damage internationally
brazil on the other hand, has only had 1 team make it out of groups in an international LAN (loud at this years champs)

You cannot say "can contend at international events" then list The Guard 💀. They had on good run at Challengers 1 then fell off a cliff and have sucked since.

after their first LCQ match, they looked pretty good and almost made it to champs

ok bro that makes zero sense just drop Guard from the list
h9zard [#12]ok bro that makes zero sense just drop Guard from the list
even if i drop guard from the list, they still placed better than all the brazillian teams ever at an international event (other than LOUD of course)

no I agree its just Guard was a huge disappointment

So we can't say the same about TBK that almost win against KRU?

im dead

no brazillian teams can

let's take guard off the list then

h9zard [#8]no 100T made semis, SEN,C9,XSET made playoffs again. Name one team from Brazil that got out of groups other than LOUD/Vikings?
thats what I thought

you do realized a lot of the teams you list have had major changes and competition have shifted so much since then. If 100T got group at international, none of the NA teams below them would do shit lol
bruc [#20]Well your right, but overall NA qualified more in playoffs compare to br
Made because NA can handle pressure compare to BR
capital_d_colon [#3]Na is one team dominated but the 2nd best team is alot better than the 2nd best team in brazil.
im not complaining though. i think 5-3-2 is fine.
Not exactly tho. I don’t think this is a NA vs Br, this is a NA vs SA and that includes LEV who no, it’s not very far away from XSET, both kinda equal if you ask me. Lev lost to FPX just like XSET and Loud champions

brazil has had the same opportunities to qualify to lans and do some damage.
but they don't.
the NA teams below 100T and such genuinely look like good teams

I wouldn't say "a lot better" but better certainly is.

Honestly i thought it was going to end up being 6-3-1.
Ive heard rumours about some shadiness to do with lev.

100T beat FNC once and they lost to DRX during their first LAN appearance with COVID. Arguably another group and they could have made it out.

C9 and V1 didn't achieve something in 2022 + faze, NRG, and EG didn't get there for u to say something about it.
100t and xset are the ones you could say they do damage internationally. I agree. But if you say NIP and Furia did nothing against Zeta (NiP), DRX (Furia) and Fnatic (Both) u being biased af.
Nip vs Fnatic: https://www.vlr.gg/84371/fnatic-vs-ninjas-in-pyjamas-valorant-champions-tour-stage-1-masters-reykjav-k-opening-a

They didn't won, but they 4 sure weren't easy opponents. They show they can win good teams internationally. Just need more discipline.

NIP beat a fnatic team with 2 subs
NIP lost to a zeta team early in the tournament. Zeta were not as good that early in the tournament as they would end up being later in the tournament.
Furia still got shit on by DRX...
Furia narrowly lost to Fnatic, but you could replace Furia with FaZe, Guard, or NRG and those teams would've done better.
even if those teams you named didn't do anything in 2022, they still had done damage internationally which no team in brazil has done other than LOUD.

NiP had like 3/4 days to scrim in europe since they got from LQC against Leviathan. So they were in a deficit too.
NiP could improve throughtout the tournament too if they win against Zeta. All specutlation, tho...
Furia with a little more discipline would win the first map against DRX, would lost the second and idk about third.
Furia against Fnatic: You are just speculating about Faze, Guard and NRG, but 100t didn't do better than furia against fnatic when it matters.

Yeah Boodrok did say something like that he just didn’t publish it or specify much. We’ll see, it could still be si just really hope Lev and Kru get their spots

This argument is so flawed. SEN had covid and didn't have any time to practice for their match against 100T and lost the 3rd map 13-11. What could have been...
It only really matters how they showed up tho
Furia would've lost the 3rd map anyways
100T literally beat Fnatic one time tf? FaZe, Guard, and NRG all looked much better than Furia.

It means SEN got unluko and they could've won 100T if they had time to practice and make antistrats. I agree with this too. Games aren't just results, alot of factors outside-games are involved.
"Furia would lose the 3rd map anyways"
DRX looked shaky the entire tournament. They just get that far bcz Furia, Fnatic and FPX threw hard a lot of map points by lack of discipline (dumbness I guess)

for your 4th point: every game matters. you shouldn't value one game over the other as a player or a viewer (unless it's a seeding game)
