Quick and fair Sentinel reworks.

This is short and sweet. KJ and Cypher need buffs. Not just to contend with the French man, but just to be viable charecters. Even sage is better than KJ and Cypher at holding down a site in this meta. So quick changes with a few things in mind : I'm making KJ and Cypher lurkers and site holders. I'm making Chamber more of a flex pick, like sage.

Cypher:

  • Cage has a slight slow effect
  • Cages can be fully seen through by Cypher camera's (they're kinda transparent
  • Cypher trips can catch multiple people, do 20 damage when they explode, and 5 if you activate the trip (only first person to)
  • Cypher Ult rework. Ult activates and reveals locations, Spike holder, and trap locations of other team. Other teams traps remain visible / on the map the remainder of the round.
  • Cypher ult also pops twice. Once when used, and then a second time 3 seconds after the first. By pressing the ult button again after the first scan, you can speed up the second scan.

Tl ; Dr - Cypher cages do shit other than being for one ways. Tripwires are more useful. Ult isn't absolute trash.

Killjoy :

  • Alarm bot and Turret have a larger range.
  • Alarm bot is faster.
  • Killjoy has two alarmbots, but can only have 1 active at a time. (5 second cooldown on switching active)
  • Killjoy can set off alarmbots on their own and control them like a mini-remote prowler.
  • Any teammate within a Killjoy ultimate cannot be suppressed or vulnerable.

Killjoy us hard to buff man. Making remote prowlers is so she can be more self sustainable and help the team more in a postplant. Like, she can have an active bot flank and then an extra bot tree, then clear or vulnerable tree when they get stressed in a postplant. Idk, I don't play Killjoy.

Chamber:

  • Trademark (trap) is replaced with Trademark, a mock heal. It's a 50 shield heal that can be applied on anyone who bought shield THAT ROUND. It's 300$. That includes anyone who bought light shields.

Makes Chamber a flex pick rather than a full sentinal, he loses his safety. It makes a divide in "what is a sentinal?". Fundamentally, it's someone who can hold a site. That's the whole kit of Cypher and KJ and just a Wall and a TP for repositioning for Chamber. I think it's the best place Chamber can be, to also have a meta with KJ and Cypher.

killjoy: restore her infinite bot range from her release
edit: i used to be full KJ/viper main until they destroyed them. Riot made me a chamber/flex player. riot did this to us

KJ may be a bit worse rn but viper is far from destroyed lmao she is still a top agent

i like the ideas for cypher, but reveal spike if its on ground only IMO and if they drop it for more than five seconds after ult, it is revealed. makes it harder to default and has actual change on how the round is played

My take:
KJ: turred doesnt need a larger range. It is meant to be a powerful sentry and it needs drawbacks. However, removing the range from the alarm bot makes it a lot stronger and more used.

Cypher: Cypher's cage should give a paranoia effect(being stared by the internet lul) and I think cypher needs 3 trips and being able to customise where the ends of the trips are(currently there are a lot of spots cypher cannot place his trips on and that makes him very predictable.

Chamber: chamber's tp is the only thing keeping him in the meta. the trip is easily countered, the sheriff is so expensive that its useless, and the ult is very selfish and can't get consistent value unlike ults like kay/o's. I think swapping the trip and the tp ability makes a lot more sense: chamber can only tp once in an entire round, and you can place one more trip every 45 secs.

A lot of the Cypher stuff is good. I like the cam seeing through the cage, the ult seeing everyone including spike and traps. I think the ult revealing twice is a bit too broken. The cypher trips just need to not be broken by fade prowlers, otherwise cypher will continue to be useless against her.

KJ does not need a buff. If chamber gets properly nerfed (imo making chamber get a kill before he gets a 2nd tp attempt), than KJ's pick rate will improve a lot.

lowkey feeling they should drop shahz and rawkus and trial a bunch of players to see if they should keep tenz and dapr, and after a very long practice and scrim period where they know the team has good players, good analysts, and an actual coach then they can sign start grinding day in day out
