How do we get good coaches?

Are they ex pro players? are they college degree esports math/statistics major? wtf do we need to do to get some smart people coaching BR teams? Instead of copying shit around, let's get some actual coaching going BR teams, please.

to be fair it seems that Loud was willing to help him with his troubles... Onur is just the kind of guy that takes his ideologies too serious (nothing wrong with that) so he made a whole drama on Twitter and Loud just decided to drop him

hope fnx will come coach, or fallen in a couple years. i think brazil coach problem is that the old legendary players are still playing despite being older, most players their age retired already, so there aren’t coaches? idk just a guess
