mine is: ground lamb seared with rhubarb and mixed greens + tuscan salad

I can eat noodles every day for the rest of my life since there are multiple choices where I'm from. Every noodle tasted different here and it depends on the cook but each variant has its own unique way of serving. My fave is fried noodles/the typical Chinese chicken broth noodle
