Not saying they gonna Win. The fact is Riot did a good job removing the 2nd slot from BR and adding to LCQ. Latam deserves

No Lev ofc, I was already counting that I meant that besides Lev/KRU Fusionj is the only other LATAM team with an actual chance
South America has 4 spots regardless. It's 2 guaranteed and 2 from LCQ. I'm just stating my opinion on which could be the best teams to take those 4.
With only 3 spots for EMEA (no spot for Masters Champs) Def can see 2 LATAM teams making playoffs this time.

LATAM/BR as a region has been improving at a decent rate, soon enough they'll be top contenters for masters/champions
Sorry if I was offensive but EMEA has only 3 spots for Champs when they are a much more competitive region. They deserve at least 1 more spot either from APAC or LATAM.
Nahhh, its ok I get you, 3 spots seems kinda unreasonable for emea but you can say this to every other region present. Considering that champs has only 16 spots, i think every region is being given enough credit considering there are only 16 spots.
