I mean group stage gave everyone a whole week to prep against a single team
The true test of his IGLing will be when they start to play 1 BO3 a day in playoffs and have to adapt on the fly

I dont think its early at all. They've been together now for 2 months, played 2 open quals, and now lead the most competitive group in the group stage. Some of the mid rounding from that team is nuts. His strats on maps like bind and breeze are pretty unique and can frag as an igl which is always a bonus too

I absolutely agree with you. NRG kept running into their stacks.
But my point is that they had a whole week to study NRG, along with help from SeanGares. That had to have helped him in having those reads
I'd just like to see what he can do with lesser prep time

I don't post bait. Vanity has had some of the best NA talent around him to help his succeed. Now since C9 dropped their best player you will see how bad vanity is. Vanity and ShahZam are the biggest fraud igls in NA valorant.

they've been creating metas for a while now (breach, kayo, fade) arguable the best fragging igl, once brought in he took the team to masters, and until the xeta trade made that team top 2 NA.

You can’t say they created the fade meta or the kayo meta. Fade literally just came out and teams started implementing her immediately. C9 had nothing to do with that. And if we’re being honest, 100t was the first team to successfully run kayo back during there stage 3 run last year. They destroyed NA (save sen) with it. Granted they didn’t really use it a whole lot after cause they were changing their roster every 30s but they were still the first team to display kayo’s power. It was only after that teams started using him on a large scale.

Vanity lead two different roster cores to international tournaments (rosters he basically built). No other igl in NA (or the world I think) has done that.

He did but they were the same teams basically. Vanity led V1 with Penny, Zellsis, Effys, Jammyz (Wippie sub), and C9 with Xeppaa, Mitch, Leaf, Xeta, and both times they beat at least one team.

Boostio and Stellar have been doing some great IGLing this split, but I think it’s a little bit too early to add them. I’d say that FNS, vanity, and dephh are probably the best IGLs at the moment
