- Fullmetal alchemist: Brotherhood (very surprised that no one mentioned this anime)
- AoT (haven't seen)
- Death note
- Naruto
- Hunter x Hunter
The best ongoing:
- Jujutsu Kaisen
- Demon Slayer
I'm not really a weeb, but I have seen a few and these ones are my favs
Steins gate, fmab, HxH, Haikyu, rimuru, kengan, First and the second season of SAO, gintama ( ik some of the "comedy" scenes were just not funny but the story, the fighting and the ending is 10/10), mob psycho, MHA (People hate this anime because of the fanbase, not the anime itself.) opm
- one piece would be everyone's favorite if they animate more than 5 chapters per episode instead of 1 or even less, a chapter of one piece manga is pretty short

I think the general consensus is that S1 was an okay adaptation but after that everything falls off pretty hard in terms of story quality and animations

yeah s1 is actually really good before reading the manga it just falls off season 2. after reading the manga, however, i realized how much they left out of the first season as well
