They haven't, but most of those were with the old Envy roster. Since the addition of food + crashies it's been much closer e.g. with NSG Winter Championships which was a 2-1 SEN victory and a 13-11 3rd map. I hope SEN wins but I think it could go either way it's going to be close (especially considering the form Envy are in and the questions around SEN with their power outs).

I agree with what you say. Though I think the new NV with food + crashies still hasn't had much success against SEN.
NV has been highly dominant as of late, and are the only team to not drop a game so far in CH2. As much as I want to say they don't have an X-factor, they've shown they definitely do. And it's not crashies, it's food. food has been on fire as of late averaging nearly 300 combat score and topfragging nearly every match. In CH1, NV loved to put food on Sage, a decision that I have now come to question after seeing his performances on Phoenix and Raze. Now will they continue their streak against Sentinels? Possibly. Last time they met was the Winter Championship, they were experimenting putting food on Omen and having kaboose be their duelist. Now that they've gone back to food on duelist, it should be a different story. Icebox was heavily in favor of Sentinels, but Ascent was heavily in favor of Envy. Split was the third map and it was very even. Should be a close one, since both teams thrive on preparation and I'd assume both teams will be very ready for this matchup. Both teams have progressed since then, but I'm definitely on the NV bandwagon now. 2-1 NV

i could be wrong but i don't think they've ever lost to envy

u make good points. it's definitely a lot closer than most ppl think rn. however, I think envy still has their problems after their loss to XSET back in CH2. SEN rolled past LG (even tho the score might not show), we don't even need to talk about that IMT game, and Faze was lightwork for them. Both teams come into this game well prepared and pretty hot but there is still the fact that Envy has never beaten SEN from the start of the game to now. I think that has to be taken into consideration too. but yeah, I'm rlly excited to watch this match bc ik it'll be rlly good
I think SEN have a better chance of winning this game, but not by much.
NY are certainly a strong team, and will prove a far greater challenge than FAZE. (& IMO, SEN should've done better in their series against FAZE!)
Going purely off the stats from their last five respective games, SEN put out more impressive player ratings, combat scores, k/d & damage per round on average.
The big decider for me though is who they've been playing. In the last 5 games, NV haven't played any tier 1 teams.. SEN have played 3, and the other two are tier 2 contenders.
NV might take their map pick, but Sen should come out on top.
SEN 2- 1 NV

arnav [#12]While NV may be on a hot streak, SEN are right there next to them, both teams with 6W in a row. These two teams have the same amount of wins (59) but NV has double the losses (32). SEN has never lost to NV (I think), no idea how people are predicting NV winning this.
People underrestimate Envy way too much, theres not a single player in their roster that doesnt have their moments, and numbers of wins against SEN doesnt tell the whole picture. Almost everymatch between NV and SEN has been close series or had close maps, its not a stretch to predict Envy
hekzy [#17]jesus christ what a shitshow
just so this is on record
envy fail 3v1 vs shahzam because fns wanted to plant without cover
envy fail 2v1 vs zombs on a stinger because they doubled peeked him lined-up
crashies running out of mousepad
kaboose sleeping in the open to get OPed
food pushing smoke in 3v3
mummay ulting and nobody covering
kaboose peeking alone in mid
tier1 teams KEKW

Just because NA isn't as disciplined, doesn't mean we aren't as good.

To add to that I can count at least 3 ults on one map where Sinatraa just doesn't clear corners and dies, he flanks and knows a position and his teammate just runs into the operator and dies, People using util in the most braindead way.
I love my NA teams but they just do so many dumb things that make no sense
greedeetv [#27]Just because NA isn't as disciplined, doesn't mean we aren't as good.
I never said you guys are bad. I said this match was a shitshow. Note that those things happened just in the last 8 rounds of icebox. The rest of the map and the other two maps also felt like a blooper compilation.
Anyway, these mistakes were not due to discipline, but due to stupidity. Especially that 2v1 vs zombs.

The most annoying part that literally had me almost close the stream were the iron casters that couldn't point anything out other than "ohhh he got a kill!!! Wow what a kill! That, that certainly was a kill"

I liked it way better during something like Pop Flash or First strike when they had Sgares, Riv, and those tier casters that had knowledge of the game from playing at a semi high level at least. Sometimes the NA casters seem to have 0 knowledge of what is happening and they lose out on so much that they could be commenting on. Hopefully it gets better with time or those higher tier casters do the higher tier events.
