im also assuming if he is asc and can't hit immortal he is definitely not good enough for the tier 3 scene anywhere, let alone challengers. plus, no other asc/low immortal teams will be that dedicated to where they will grind out daily in order to get into challengers.
grind ranked first until you can compete in premier in the higher divisions. you might have the passion, hard word, and dedication however your rank will 10000% set you behind everyone else.
