Out of those teams, I think they are expected to lose to Loud. Assuming they also suffer one other defeat (which I think is probable considering they're really not a tier above 100T or Furia, and they've seemed inconsistent), that gives them a 4-5 record.

Another way to think about it is:

• Loud, Lev, C9, are locks for playoffs.
• MIBR, EG, Kru are very likely not making it
• One of Sen, 100T, Furia, and NRG will not make it
  Assuming Sen make it, both 100T and Furia are more easily able to get a 5-4 record than NRG because they're both currently at 3-2.

Honestly, that loss to MIBR really fucked NRG imo, and this NRG vs 100T game is REALLYYY important to their playoff hopes.

As a certified pushing P fan, he's a consistent good player on almost everything he plays. But he's not the best in any of those roles, and I think he doesn't quite match players like Zekken/Chronicle/Victor who dominate the flex category. That being said, he most definitely could be that good in the future imo and I hope teams take a chance with him (at the very least as a 6th man).

I actually think there's a chance NRG doesn't make playoffs. Even if they play flawlessly from here on out, it's not a guarantee.

Sadly I think he’s one of the least likely to be picked up from the core. Trent and Valyn are must haves in franchising, neT would be good bc na lacks sentis, but tex and jonahp (while great) aren’t best in their respective roles. I’d LOVE to see all of them get picked up tho.

C9 is really a showcase of what good coaching will do for a team. MCE was essentially forced to drop the best player of last year and was still able to turn it around, train up a new IGL, and find a cracked smokes player from the literal gutter. He's undeniably a goated coach, not just in the Americas, but worldwide. Really hoping we see C9 at tokyo, even if it means no NRG/Lev.

The atmosphere on Loud at champs??? That makes zero sense, you don't win a tournament with people you hate. They played far too well together, and you can't tell me those guys didn't look happy for each other at the end.

I don't even think he's a bad player that's the crazy thing. I think he's just having some issues for some reason (and don't tell me it's just roles bc they put him on jett and he didn't play better than victor lolll)

Has been the second worse fragger in every game (except the latest where he was the worst). FNS isn’t expected to frag, ardiis is. Really hoping he steps up in the next few matches bc it would be awful to not see NRG in playoffs much less tokyo.

I follow a bunch of valo pros on Twitter and it obviously makes sense for them to have the team names in their bios, but it always trips me up when I see some random acc w 5 followers and LOUD or 100T or FNATIC in their username. 100T Bang? S0m's jett is also not good enough, and he's doing great on smokes; keep him there. NRG's solution is really fucking obvious: pick up Yay/oxy/any cracked duelist they can poach in NA. Yes it doesn't help at this point, but that's what they need to do to be better in the future.
