I agree that EU deserves more spots, but ur wrong about OCE, not only did they get 0 direct spots for any of the LANs, no chance to even compete for a Masters Reykjavik or Berlin spot, they got cheated out of the one chance they had to contend for a Champs spot because Riot forgot to check what visa they needed.
