In my opinion every team that is in the main event already is a tier 1 team but there's probably a couple of teams in the qualifiers that deserve to be tier 1.

This setup is so cringe. 7 invited teams and so many teams to fight for one spot. No wonder there were hardly any Portuguese and Italian teams here. This might as well be a VRL just for Spain and the other countries should be moved to a different VRL where they might actually have a chance to qual for more than one spot into the regional league.
