How do I sign up to try out I am a controller main and have a positive mental attitude as well as a growth mindset if anyone knows where I can sign up please help me out and also please put in a good word for me
No Org Backing: With pretty much no money to make it becomes impossible for valorant to become a sustainable game for any orgs investing in OCE teams, which leads to big players trying to leave the region
No Scrims: Geographically there is no way to scrim any teams without being 100+ ping and so scrim quality is awful. It’s pretty much the same as people complaining about South America scrims but it’s 10x worse here
Good Players, Bad Teams: I feel like what we’ve seen from the 2024 season is that the talent in tier 2 is insane, and their are many players who could destroy tier 1 waiting, but there is a lack of really strong teams that have all stars. This is very much seen in OCE as there are no true super teams and lots of our top players are in China or elsewhere
Low Viewership: Don’t really have to explain but this comes from other factors
Poorly Managed: Let’s play live are disastrous hosts that don’t pay players for long time periods, take forever to release schedules, and can’t even keep the code of their games up. Absolute joke of tournament organisers but tbh I don’t think we’ll be able to do much better with this dry region
If the FPX rumors are true then Lysoar is a free agent. Lysoar on controller was very very good this year regionally, especially in split 1, and he seemed at his weakest when off the role. SEN are now in need of a controller player and Lysoar is in need of a team, preferably to play full time controller. He's been playing with autumn for a year so his english should be good enough for the team to function.
The biggest reason for this tho is that Lysoar's biggest weakness is his nerves, which is shown by his performance internationally as well as in big games, and having someone like zellsis that can hype you up and bring your confidence levels up can completely power players up to reach their potential. It's been seen this year with Cryo and Boostio.
Some people may say "0/8" and 'why would SEN pick up Lysoar that makes no sense" but I really think this could work from a team perspective but also to redeem sen in the eyes of Chinese fans after zekken turned half the Chinese community against sen.

I've never seen a more obvious group of death before, legit the top 4 teams in a group and the bottom 4 in the other.

Other than maybe China cause this year has been so import heavy and last year had 2 of the top 5 teams in the region playing in ase and ra. Pacific hasn't started and the format is ass but its so stacked that idc it'll still be better

yeah lysoar going makes the most sense but its a shame and I hope another team picks him up as he has crazy potential
i mean hfmi will play initiator when they dont play a senti
hfmi is a better senti than lysoar and will probably play initiator with autumn as a second smoker in those comps without a senti
makes sense role wise but it is a shame as lysoar showed in stage 1 that he can be insane on the controller role, just had rough showings at internationals

I don't have an issue with M80 or TSM but I love supporting the underrated regions, which seems to be BR and LATAM here by most people myself included.

It’s such a shame that we will probably never win ascension as we never have a full power oce super team due to everyone trying to leave the region. Players like autumn maple tixx swerl would all be considered for the best oce team but they’re all off doing their own thing in other regions.
