They are also made a bit more incomparable by their roles as well as the game which has oriented itself more towards strategies and team-chemistry increasingly. I think Leo is a better player and Sova, but Crashies is a better initiator in all of them. Leo being a better player doesn't need to be elaborated much. With regards to their performance on Sova, I genuinely think Leo's shock darts are absolutely unrivalled so far. The things I have done him do against MC3 had shaken me to the core. And that made me less surprised when his shock darts were homing missiles in LOCK INS and during their recent match against Heretics where even if he missed shock darts he would still get a kill lol.
His utility usage on Sova is definitely better than Crashies, and for me that's part of what it means to be a good player on any certain agent, aside from being keenly aware of the role.
