Don’t need to convince myself it matters, ball knowers know it matters and teams should try winning it. maybe it’s not as prestigious as masters 2 but it has prestige regardless & it will be used in legacy conversations for whoever wins
But no worries, i suppose it’s probably hard watching ewc knowing that it has more prestige than both reykjavik and madrid combined just off of prize pool & better teams

ewc is an international lan with the best teams itw attending, just because it's "soulless" doesn't mean it doesn't have prestige, the level of competition alone is enough to make it an S-tier tournament, and mind you, we aren't even in the main event yet
