Well you can see many news regarding voice actor in Japan cheating on his wife but they still have their career actually and the anime they voiced are still popular and they act like nothing happens. But basically yeah, Valorant is big in Japan so the pro players are on the spotlight right now.
The org didn't let him go, he admitted his 'mistake' and decided to leave.
Everyone in Japan has the impression that Fisker is a loving father and husband. Streamer and also pro player usually call him "papa" as well. He always brags about his family on stream, even in the interviews a lot so that's why people are surprised by him.

I feel like his past teams cannot come out with better strats for him to shine, it feels like "smth go kill" or "Vici go kill" kinda vibe and no supports at all. I just hope for him to be in a team that he deserves, also with an environment that can support him. If he can go together with Vici, that team can build the team around them both because they're insane altogether. :D
