establishing a playbook, drilling out protocols and set responses to enemy executes/plays, coms, team synergy, how your initiator players tend to best support you, team strengths and weaknesses hell even util timings can be learned. Knowledge and strategy can be built while on high ping. The only thing he would struggle with is practicing that strategy against opposition.

they were playing with a sub which they had little time to prepare with who was also not a great player. Also idk what youre on but rossi only missed the first 3 games of the season. Also all of those games were extremely close (with maybe the exception of t1) the drx game while a 0-2 was an 11-13 loss followed by a 15-17 loss against the 2nd best team in the region. The zeta division loss was a game that easily couldve flipped if they won ascent. The t1 game was the worst loss in that their pearl and lotus were not good but even that game was a 1-2 that wasnt exactly them getting stomped.

the whole GE was so shit narrative from u is funny because even though they lost lots of games this year they never looked completely dogshit. Even then outstratted by rrq they still played it close. even when against better teams on paper they still played it close. The only series that was close to a stomp was GE vs PRX (ya know the best team in the region). However, the one consistent thread throughout all of those game is rossi underperforming.

ah yes because lockin was the be all end all of practice for the team. and as you yourself admit they were scriming before lockin. high ping doesnt prevent you from building synergy and learning the strats you're gonna run.

Every memeber of GE was in Korea bootcamp and Rossi was scrimming on 110 ping

sucks to suck. practice isnt reduced to just scriming and there is still plenty he couldve learned while on high ping.

whole composition got changed for GE and mind you he still had a week and a half practice with the team in person

Even if you wanna argue that the high ping made it impossible for rossi to learn a fuckin strat you cant argue that the team had had months to get their synergy and team chemistry working BEFORE rossi joined.

Every other player on GE has shown potential this season except rossi even despite the coaching issues. I agree that the coaching staff sucks but he literally bot fragged 3/8 of the series he played this year and only performed at a caliber expected of a star duelist ONCE in a stomp against GenG. (the prx game stats is incredibly inflated since he didnt have to play map 2 where they got stomped and everyone else who hes on the ranking with did).

also riot never said shit about it being a slot for india. That was entirely the fans. their slot is their slot because of viewership, financial stability, org culture, and riot's experience working with them not because they are indian.

GE may be an indian org but there needs to be indian players good enough to compete for the org and riot to justify them keeping indian players on the roster. consistent bad performances over time will lead to decreased viewership which is what both GE and riot want to avoid.

I hope They don't forget the fact that it's an Indian organisation Getting a Indian(South Asian) Slot in the league .
