I wish time travel was real though. There are so many places I would go. Insallah there's a black hole/white hole/worm hole breakthrough in my lifetime so I can experience it.
Maybe so, I might have the wrong idea since most of the things I consume about Japan are through influencers, tourists, entertainment. No clue how it would be to a regular citizen though.
that's not a Japan only thing, the world is a fucked up place. Japan is not perfect by any means but it just looks really nice in terms of quality of life, food, and environment.
If you could choose to be any other nationality/ethnicity than the one you currently are, which would you choose and why?
I'm Turkish and would probably choose to be Japanese. Life just seems chill over there.
edit: Not just changing ethnicity, but I meant more of being a native of that country and living in it. Don't bring no racist shit in here.
at least put it in Off-Topic bruh LMFAO
I was 19, and had lost a lot of weight right before summer. Peaked in confidence and went on a Tinder rampage.
you should only criticize or joke about your team if you're hard carrying or contributing. At this point the only two people on that C9 team that can do that are Oxy and maybe Runi.
"own team" my brother in christ the whole team will be nuked to get good players to support Oxy. Xeppaa does not have a team anymore LMFAO
idc about that individual incident, Xeppaa is a great streamer, but a huge paycheck stealer professionally. Bro should've been off the team so he could stream ages ago.
nobody's pressed bro, you're just replying with braindead shit
gotta just change it to "If PRX wins any event in the next 5 years"
Gotta make it somewhat hard brudda, I aint giving 100 dollars away for free
I'm just so lost, do you have a lack of reading comprehension? Why are you defending Zekken to me? I'm so confused. I'm defending Wo0t, not belittling Zekken retard.
probably through round differentials
idk why you're replying to me about Zekken when I didn't mention him once??? I'm referring to the choke statement he made. Please read before replying.
DAWG HE'S 18. Do you know how genuinely insane that is??? Aside from the mechanical skill and shit, he was getting glazed so hard on a role he doesn't like playing. Can you imagine the mental pressure to lead your team to a victory at 18????
wallahi add me to that thread, I will pay up
I'm pretty funny and I am watching rn
I will give 20 dollars to 5 random people replying to this thread. I am being genuinely so serious.
It's just different playstyles. At the moment I think Americas is the most fun to watch because it's a heavy duelist meta and Americas has the best duelists so the plays are a lot more flashy.
I do enjoy EMEA too, its just slower paced.
yea man false news, because everyone actually believes me when I say Trent and Zekken are going to have a twerk off...
it's not live yet, I'll start a broadcast when it starts
It was originally in LA where the regular season games are played but I slipped Leo Faria a few thousand dollars to change it to my backyard so I can see it in person.
I personally have Trent winning by a slight margin. The stats don't lie, he has more meat on his bones which will lead to more efficient oiled up twerking. But I could be wrong.
Zekken might just go sicko mode.
if I lose 16-18 and 15-17, I have to throw hands
Yes but the keyword there is if
It didn't go their way and they got beat.
streets won't forget LG aproto and V1 effys
so is it for VCT all time or did they do this thing only in Stage 2?
Arguable for sure. My reasoning is that the KRU games are really really competitive. They've just been losing rounds over small mistakes whereas I see EG looking a little lost at times.
The real unbiased and better list:
https://www.vlr.gg/371430/updated-americas-split-2-ranking-going-into-champs
Most of the time Boostio can back it up. It's only annoying when you have an ego and you're ass lmfao.
I'd put BabyJ above boaster. While the Pride-to-Actual Skill ratio is definitely the lowest, he had the results to back up his ego regardless if he was carried or not.
On the other hand, BabyJ is just a shitter lmfao.
exactly this, Icebox is a duelist haven. I've watched players like Aspas, Oxy, Derke, Zekken drag their team to a victory on that map. With a weaker duelist, its just not a favorable map. Jett is king on icebox.
Looks:
Gaia's
PRC
Reaver
Champs
Forsaken/Sovereign
Performance:
PRC
Reaver
Gaia's
Champs
Forsaken/Sovereign
you're spot on but I'd give Lotus to SEN. Haven is the real toss up
So the community as a whole has criticized the formatting of the league with the season being too short and pros not getting enough playtime. So here's my take on what Leo Faria and Ri0t can implement to maybe ease tensions and give both viewers and pros a better time.
So first things first, no matter what anyone says, Valorant can't have the same format as CSGO. In CSGO, nothing changes but maps. Everyone's smoke does the same thing, covers the same angle. Everyone's flash does the same thing etc. There are no outliers like agents in CSGO. There is no comps to cook, no new agents etc. So I just want to preface by saying more is not good in the case of Valorant. But I think riot can utilize the full year better. At this point we have teams that are ending their season in JULY. That is just crazy. But here's my suggestion:
Every year should start off in January with a Kick-Off/Lock-In type of tournament. Ideally, this would take place in January and feature every team in a single elim. This event wouldn't necessarily be on par with a masters or champs, but more of a warm-up. Single-elim bracket until the final 4, where double elim will take place. I really liked the reward of an extra slot at Masters for the previous Lock-In. This time around, it should be a champs spot to incentivize players.
Stage 1 Regionals would take Place Mid Feb-Early March. This new format would feature shorter splits to highlight tournaments because that's where the real meat and potatoes are.
Masters 1 takes place late March - Mid April.
After Masters 1, there would be a 1 1/2 month break for teams to rest, create new strats, reenergize, etc.
Split 2 would be separate from Split 1 and not records wouldn't carry over. This would start mid June and lasts until Mid July.
Masters 2 starts early August and ends early september
Masters 2 would lead directly into Champs where there won't be a split to qualify. This new champs format will only allow teams to qualify through Champions points which can be earned throughout the year with regular season wins, playoffs wins, and event matches won, and placements. The event placement points rewarded would be changed to reward the top 3 teams the most, and let teams who qualified and won a few matches get points for their wins as well. At the end of the year, whoever won the most and placed the most consistently will qualify to champs which will take place from October-November.
After this, teams will get a month break for December and then repeat the next year.
What ya'll think? I cook or no?
True, the one thing I'm happy about the dephh and sykko trade is is Zekken finding a home with Sentinels. He's cracked and current SEN uses his full potential even if Dephh was wasting it for a time.
