First of all, with DFM:

1. they are already involved with CR -- CR is backing their marketing and financial gains.
2. CR is already focused on OW and APEX, so repurchasing a spot for Valorant will cost an insane amount of money.
3. ZETA, DFM, and CR are the three largest orgs in Japan. FENNEL and SCARZ follow closely behind. Riddle is known for their APEX and Fortnite teams.

Secondly, with GE, that is just personal bias, which is unfair. DSG is running on losses with so many endeavours but APEX.
Edit: DSG's APEX team recently disbanded, so Valorant and League are their main sources of income currently.

Lastly, RRQ is already "forgiven" for their past mistakes so there's no reason. I have no idea how BOOM are doing in other esports except their DOTA team, which is stable.
