And Mini lost to ZETA Division. And Chet lost to MIBR last year. And Termi can’t take timeouts.

These results will happen, but it doesn’t matter because these coaches already have a good career and reputation.

Potter is just the same.

Akame can play literally anything and even IGL.

He’s NOT replacing iZu.

I knew abyss is a VERY attacker sided map. It’s nearly impossible to hold on defense because of how exploitable the angles are.

What happened to the FENNEL i knew and loved?

Hot take: TENNN has been a fragger but his decision making is still poor. CLZ has the igl aim debuff too.

what even is his sens for him to hit shots like that

  1. Unlucky.

  2. Honestly, i feel like Yuran and Hiroronn have been thrown to the wolves too early. Maybe they could stay and grow a bit more as subs, but not outright discarded. That being said, I’ve said it before: Dep should’ve been on flex at the beginning of the season and ZETA could’ve gotten someone else on duelist, i.e., Meiy.

  3. Unlucky. Laz has always been one of my favourite players, even during the ABSOLUTE JUPITER days. He is the face of Japanese Valorant, and put the region on the map with his insane performances on Chamber. I wish him luck on his future endeavors.

  4. Absol is good, very good. I do wonder why ZETA seems to rate him higher than SyouTa, who has been popping lately even though FENNEL is having a bad split. Also, i wonder why SyouTa has been having doubts about his career.

  5. Yatsuka has been great for RIDDLE. However, i do feel that Derialy is a better alternative, if he wants to play as he is taking a break from playing this split.

  6. Agreeable, but Xdll is the only best option. Caedye has been good, but, yes, it is still a bit early for him. They can get muto from REJECT as an alternative, but he has been very inconsistent. If ZETA are able to, they should try for Anthem next season.

7/8. As painful as it sounds, I think ZETA should bite the bullet and go for imports. They need a new approach to the game, something new to the table. Yes, they are known for housing homegrown talent, but their structure and development has been ABYSMAL. That being said, Yotaa, Kr1stal, and Yoshii are all great options. They can even branch out and get Koreans like Jinboong, Akame, Wolverine, margaret, DH, HYUNMIN, Francis. There’s a LOT of talent out there and if they want to be the best team, ZETA needs to pick them up, as unfortunate as it sounds for the Japanese scene. Trust me, as a longtime VCJ fan, i feel incredibly conflicted.

  1. Fadezis is a great coaching option. For sure.

  2. I don’t understand how Carlão failed. He was actually decent on FURIA as they made it to champs and had some good performances. A lot of people thought that he would be a fantastic signing but evidently not.

My “dream” roster next season:

Duelist: Absol/Aace/SyouTa
Controller: SugarZero
Sentinel: Yatsuka/Derialy
Initiator: Xdll/Anthem
Flex: Dep

Aace from RIDDLE is a DEMON. He has one of the best raw aim in Challengers currently, and he has experience on duelist.

I’ve watched a lot of genres but never got into isekai.

I’ve heard good things about Reinicarnated as a Slime and… things about Mushoku Tensei.

So recommend others that are good.

KOI — i still believe in BARBARR to bring back his Guild coaching days and for sheydos to return to 2022 form 🥲

EG — potter, duh

ZETA — been a fan of them since time

T1 — i’ve been following this team since 2020. Yes, since they were in NA. And every year, this team makes me wanna bang my head, cuz they’re always close to being a tier one team but some shit happens and they falter.

Shyy (2) — sentinels
Patitek (3) — initiator (might be recency bias)
Florescent (1) — duelist (hot take: there arent any consistent duelists for $2)
Shao (4) — controller/can even flex to initiator in some comps too

league had the exact format for MSI, and no one had a problem with it.

If a first seed fumbles, that’s their fault, not the format’s.

In fact, this year’s MSI was just like past master events. Group stage with the top four then playoffs with the regional first seeds.

Yap fest incoming, but important to remember.
TL;DR: be a normal person, criticize a player’s performance constructively, don’t be disrespectful.

People out here talking mad about a player’s personal life and circumstances, but then continue talking mad. This heinous cycle continues because y’all never learn or know when to stop. You can criticize a player without bringing up their personal circumstances.

The shit that’s been going on about Boaster is appalling. I will admit it: he didn’t play that well. He definitely could have performed better, but he does have his moments. However, to call him a fraud, a paycheque stealer, or anything derogatory is disrespectful.

As such, remember these are real people. They aren’t just pixels on a screen. Words have impact. This doesn’t just go for Boaster, but also yay, Demon1, and whoever else; and not just Valorant, but for other esports, like the Hans Sama death threats.

Obviously, we can’t change it immediately but every bit counts.

Teams win and lose. Such is the reality of sports. But these players keep going. Let them keep going.
