DRX vs ONS better have a hype crowd, 100% banger material right there
2 days and 21.25 hours till Acend 2-0 (13-5, 13-6 ) BBL
2 and 3 are left as an exercise to the reader.
not choosing the genderbent kirito?
your opinion is objectively wrong.
how many children did you sacrifice to finally post something that's not cringe
Top NA ~> Top APAC = Top KR > Average NA = Top JP > Average SEA = Average KR> Average JP.
NA has a lot more depth. APAC has great top teams, but a lot of rough teams partially due to the disparity in skill within SEA regions (HK/TW, SA in particular). IMO, the top APAC teams like the top NA teams are contenders for VCT events.
Korea has had a severe problem in their depth for a while. Finally, it seems there is at least one or two other teams that may consistently challenge DRX (VS).
JP has improved, however, it seems their reliance on import players may be causing problems. ZETA has looked impressive.
I agree.
I will choose to state that I am the best entity on this site, as I am far superior to be classified the same as you lowly "users".
This is assuming the "new meta" does end up being fast hits and frequent chaotic retakes.
SEA teams, as demonstrated in Champs, have moved past the fast hit, all aim no brain tactics for a while now, visible in PRX and XIA's strategy. I don't think the new meta will benefit them greatly nor do I think it will hurt them that much.
LOUD in particular may end up being able to make a dent, I think their playstyle will be greatly augmented by the pace of the new meta.
I don't think the meta will be a big reason for the success of a "minor" region team, if it does occur. If anything, it'd simply be because they improved. It's, in my opinion, irrational to believe teams like PRX, XIA, KRU, and others are well below NA (especially) but also EMEA teams after Champions 21.
I think there's a definite possibility for a minor region team to win an event. HOWEVER, I do think EMEA teams are favored compared to any other region.
Personally, I believe there aren't many teams close to Gambit, even with their recent loss to FPX. Fnatic, Guild, Liquid and others aren't far behind, either.
Penny over Yay and TenZ is hard cap.
Goddamn you killed 'em
Still undoubtedly second through investment, player and fan base and previous achievements.
If under-performance continues, then NA's position may be in jeopardy
May depend on the venue , too. The one used for Champs and Berlin doesn't have seats behind the stage.
100% agree its better though, and that's how it is in League, too.
I like how vlr.gg doesn't realize that all the posters are me on different accounts. Dont believe me? watch me post this on my other accounts:
2-0
Close maps, 13-9, 13-11
IMO, they should copy the EMEA format, with slight changes.
combined league with no SEA import rules + regional leagues with country based import rules.
well, they wouldn't be called team secret if you knew where they were!
it's a secret!
It's going to be a rough road for any of these teams. Every team will have to show off their setups and overall strategy to try and escape the group, leading to an undoubtedly harder time in the group stage - the non play-in teams have the advantage in preparation from the get-go.
yeah
every time I see the stars and stripes I do vocal exercises to ensure that my throat doesn't get sore from excess laughter
Also, play-ins group A is super stacked. FS, Onic, BAAM, and APH.
Bleed, Naos AND Xerxia????
(and, maybe even one of Full Sense/Onic/APH depending on where the play-in teams go)
This is a ridiculous group, since Naos and Bleed are the top 2 teams from T1 APAC regions, along with XIA who are , in my opinion, one of the favorites to win the whole event.
Definitely will be fun to watch.
true, the caster who does the "cuatro ka ka ka ka" stuff is a legend. I'm using the streams to practice my Spanish lol.
Tenz is freudian !?
where can i get some TenZ Mommy Milk?
sucks the videos on this channel don't get many views. they're very well produced.
some1 @ the dude who did the top 25 player writeups, too.
How do i decide on the cost of a player
Do it manually, do it based on popularity, or do it based on a single stat (average acs in role seems to be the best option, here)
if I make the website live for each champions tour event, how do I deal with teams being knocked out?
If this is regarding automatically updating standings when matches happen, you'd have to use webscraping.
If this is about the points allocation, I imagine you'd just use the stats from the games they played to allocate points. If they're out they'll no longer give the user any points.
Do i only allow a certain number of players on a team per role
Up to you. Limiting the players per role leads to more diversity in fantasy teams, leaving it unlimited may lead to more participation due to increased familiarity with the players.
Regarding stats, you can either scrape VLR.gg or use the RIB.gg analytics bot in their discord : https://discord.gg/aceNhaM . The latter is probably better, but some stuff needs a premium subscription. However I don't think you'll need one for this project
GL dude
I will judge you based on your reply!
her entry potential doesn't really compare to jett or raze and she doesn't have the ability to play off-angles like reyna.
not a bad agent, but the stuns and walls are usually already taken care of by the initiator and controller on many maps.
I think there's potential to work her into a comp, but I can't really see how she would substitute jett.
Split specifically may be a good map for her, since jett isn't super good on that map and her wall, stuns get a lot of impact due to the tight chokes and close angles.
I got NRG over PK, but the rest is the same.
OPTIC vs V1 is a banger
