pati - Duelist
surf- chamber
sScary - Controller
PTC - Flex
foxz - Initiator (igl)

i can't really see -sScary +jitboys being a net positive but I think -surf +pati definitely can be since I think a big problem with Xerxia is their inability to entry efficiently. Surf is an incredible anchor but not as good as entrying as pati used to be (relative to average competition).

They should definitely still be at the top of APAC like always, though.

I will post this thread everytime a fnatic roster change happens until it ages well

posted about 2 years ago

the 2023 roster (assuming Chronicle gets in) looks absolutely untouchable. Every player other than Boaster is top 3 firepower in their role minimum and they have historically good support staff.

From the Americas region, I would say LOUD or Optic are close but they no longer exist and don't have any proven replacement. SEN seems to be the second best, or C9 if they pick up a few more players aside from Yay but I think Dephh is half the igl that FNS was and also that none of C9 match Fnatic outside Yay and Leaf.

In APAC, PRX and DRX are the only real competition currently.

In EMEA, I don't think there's a single team that is able to beat Fnatic.

Kensuke Ushio

his work on PPTA, Devilman, and A Silent Voice is all S-tier and he has one of the more unique styles (in anime) imo

how do you objectively rate music? what would be the standards? I can't think of anything that really makes sense. Objective ratings to me feel utterly meaningless because you decide whether you like any given piece of music based on your own taste which in itself is just some function of every experience and sensation you've ever felt in your life (which would naturally be different for every person).

I think that attempting to objectively rate any art is just a form of seeking validation or superiority. Just enjoy the music that you like.

I wouldn't call KRU a "really bad team". They're mediocre at the very least.

posted about 2 years ago

Asuna vs Derke will be fun to watch but the rest of 100T is simply worse pound-for-pound so it should be a relatively easy series for Fnatic

2-0 (13-10, 13-8)

if dgzin has a life tournament maybe they could manage a top 8

in-form derke = every match he played throughout both challengers stages and the one match against FPX

he had maybe four "bad" series this entire year

i'd argue that they should be able to play most graphically demanding games at 60fps 1080 for the next few years at the very least (and competitive games at 144 1080)

having dlss should facilitate that at the very least

idk how the used market is where u r but there's 2060s and 2070s going for decent prices rn ($200-350) that still perform really well at 1080

the consensus is that scalpers were the reason for it, but I think it would've sold out pretty quickly anyways.
